[Ordinarily she wouldn't make a first impression like this. After all, one must show off ones cute side. But right now she's upset. Very upset. So upset her eyes've turned red without her noticing it. Just one of those things from her past life. A past life she most definitely doesn't appreciate, horrifying as her memories had been.

She'd already discovered the Network while trying to Google up the strange number she'd gotten stuck in her head, but hadn't made a post just yet as she read it trying to get a sense of what's going on. She got just enough to realized that this thing was being used by those Numbered folks. She's not sure why it exists or why she can access it now, but she does know one thing: she's upset.]

What's going on? Why am I getting terrible fucked up memories? Why did I get a fucked up knife? And now I have freaky cat ears, too! And I can make a weirdo force field.

Am I one of those Numbered freaks now? Aren't you the guys whose fault it's the aliens invaded? Why'm I one of you now?

And what's with the gross slimy stuff? Is that you guys' fault, too?

Oh, you really think they're cute? [She flicks her ears.] I guess maybe they aren't a bad part of all this.

[Surprisingly it's the younger cousin/sister that's the calmer in this situation it seems like. Dani just giggles.]

Yeah! Some of the cooler changes are physical and those are really cute! Even easier to hide probably if you needed to.

Besides- It's better to go into a new situation with a good attitude so you can be sure to have people to back you up!

Yeah..some of the changes are nice..memories? Not so much. I can understand that. Some of mi8ne make me wonder if I was a bad person before.

Eh..I've been Numbered for almost 2 years now. After a while you get used to the bad and good coming and going...Losing friends and family....But it doesn't mean everything is really bad.

[She still gets gloomy from time to time..Just trying to smile and hide it better.]

I'm pretty sure I was definitely a bad person. All my memories're of me doing horrible things.

[She doesn't want to discuss the literally grisly details with what from the voice sounds like a little girl. Hell, she doesn't want to discuss them with anyone, period.]

I don't want to lose my family and friends.

[She still adores her parents, even if she's mad at them for pushing her into anger management therapy.]

Well, Like I've learned, Even if you were bad before- It doesn't mean you have to be bad now. Right?

I...I can't guarantee that won't happen. My dad and sister gave up on me after I was numbered for a while. Now I'm kinda trying to find them and see what happened since everything happened.

[She listens to the little girl's story and begins getting teary-eyed. It's her worst fear, that she'll be abandoned. And it had happened to this little girl. And she's already well-predisposed toward the girl because of the compliment paid to her ears, so she's more inclined to be empathic than she ordinarily would be.]
