She got just enough to realized that this thing was being used by those Numbered folks. She's not sure why it exists or why she can access it now, but she does know one thing: she's upset.]

What's going on? Why am I getting terrible fucked up memories? Why did I get a fucked up knife? And now I have freaky cat ears, too! And I can make a weirdo force field.

Am I one of those Numbered freaks now? Aren't you the guys whose fault it's the aliens invaded? Why'm I one of you now?

It's not impossible, but if you've heard the phrase "ignorance is bliss", there's probably something to that.

Yeah, I've heard that cliche. I dunno really. I have many good points, but being a genius isn't one.

Trust me, it sounds a lot cooler in theory than it is in practice, and not much of a precursor for happiness or success.

They can help things about their appearance more than you think! Well, of course they won't be as good as those with natural cuteness, but you can do a lot with the proper love and attention.

Why should I think about becoming more attractive?

It affects the first impression you give people. Surely someone as smart as you can get why that's important? Besides, it'll get you more attention from girls and boys, whichever you like more.
