[A new face pops up on the network today. Though she doesn't look or sound incredibly excited. If anything her tone sounds a little bored. She's been poking around the network for a little while now, but she hasn't felt the need to speak up until now.]

Is it common for us to remember things or get abilities similar to what someone else already has? I'm just asking out of curiosity.

[She glances to the side before looking back at the feed and adding in.]

Oh and give yourselves a big pat on the back or whatever for helping with the whole giant lizard situation. Woo. go team, et cetera.

Kind of... But not just any sword. I'd say it's like you both got two very almost identical. There are clear differences but they work about the same.

Just memories that to do with a group of individuals with abilities. Someone I saw during the dinosaur attack had abilities that matched theirs. I wasn't sure if it was a coincidence or not.

It's not unheard of.

Sometimes people regain memories where their past selves were near each other, though I've never heard of anyone regaining memories from the same point of view.

It wasn't from the same point of view, at least I don't think it was. I never shared what I learned with the person in question. So what happened to me was far from out of the ordinary, if what everyone else here has said is true at least.

It's a useful tidbit to know that it is possible for our "past selves" to be familiar with one another.
