Ah...! Hello again, everyone! I know it's been a while since I last made a post on the Network, and I realize a lot has probably gone on. I'm sorry for everything I missed, and if there's any way I can help with any of the trouble people have been having, I want to do so!

[Molly laughs, sounding more than a bit nervous.]

I didn't really say anything about this to everyone before, just a couple people, but... I've been talking with my aunt a lot. About being a Numbered, I mean. She's still nervous about a lot that has to do with it, and... W-well, I'm still not sure how she feels about everything, but she knows I'm a Numbered now, and that's good! She's okay with me doing the superhero thing, too, for a while.

... I guess now I've said that, I should introduce myself by my other name! I'm also Cure Heart, a magical girl, and I want to fight to protect everybody! And I guess that means leaving Locke sometimes! I'm ready to do that now!

[Her voice grows quieter for the moment.]

I've moved around a lot, but I've never done it on my own. And honestly it's pretty scary. A lot of you have moved all over the world, right? I was wondering if anyone had any advice...

Cure Heart, huh... [Molly knows this voice. She should know it without fail, and yet... something's not the same.] The scary part hasn't even begun yet.

The Precure don't sit still when things happen. You know that much, by now. Either you're going to learn quickly, or you're going to be dragged along in your seniors' wake. You'll adapt quickly, I'm sure, but you're going to have to make sure you adapt quickly enough, or you'll have problems.

[... Wait, what? Winter? Why does she sound so harsh? She frowns...]

W-Winter? Y-yeah, I know that. I don't... want to be a burden to you or Lily...

[princesscut]

A burden... well, it wouldn't be the first time. Although-

[Summer knows who this is. Molly doesn't know Summer, but Summer is very much aware of who this is and what she represents. Even without having been through the same lines of thought, she understands that Winter has made it through a very important trial by acknowledging this girl. And knowing Winter...]

-I doubt you could be a burden to us. Any of us, so long as you can keep yourself under control, and not try to become your past self in a day. [They'd dealt with that, too.] You are not Cure Heart. Don't try to become her. That's a warning and a sincere wish.

[By the time Summer is done talking, Molly is extremely confused. The way Summer is talking to her, the things she's saying... they're familiar, but this is a bit colder and harsher than Molly knows from the woman.]

I-I promise...! I mean, I want to get myself under control, I... I mean, you can count on me! I won't disappoint you!

[princesscut]

[The confusion is thick enough that, between the girl's sudden uncertainty and Summer's own realization, something important becomes clear.]

She didn't tell you, did she. [A brief, at most vaguely humored chuckle.] She never did like to admit I exist... well. That's not really unexpected.

I should probably introduce myself. My name is Summer. Summer Adamas, doppelganger of Winter. In a manner of speaking, I'm your teammate, too; I can become a Precure just like her, except I become the shadow of malice, Dark Diamond.

[Her smirk is audible as she continues.] Pleased to meet you properly, Molly. I hope we can get along.
