Who: Richard & Tony
What: Tony is very hung over after drinking with Caesar, and Richard is very aware of it.
Where: Gateway City, some hotel somewhere in the city.
When: September 17th (holy backdates batman)
---
He had always made a point of, when Tony was in the kind of state he'd found him in the previous night, mostly leaving him to it until he started to hear some signs of life. Richard had never been the kind of parental figure to stroll into their kids' space and rip open their curtains, flooding their poor abused synapses with harsh sunlight. After all, he wouldn't want it done to him, so why the hell would he do it to Tony?
Even if he had found him half conscious in the gutter. He'd get the answers for that out of him when Tony could piece his brain back together.
When the afternoon crept up and started to slip by, however, he set down his phone and fetched a glass of water before he headed to the motel room's bedroom door, tapping lightly on it once then pushing it open.
"You still alive in here, kid?" he asked, taking care to keep his voice moderately soft. "Startin' to feel like I need to do a mortality check."
