This is it, her chance! Before she'd had no idea what she was dealing with, she'd been confused and attacking blindly, desperate to free Rakka and determined to just hammer at the monster holding her prisoner until it had given up and released her.
Now, though, things were clearer. She knew what this thing was and she also knew that saving Rakka from its clutches wasn't something she could do on her own. This thing... whatever it was and wherever it came from, was an enemy of the Precure and that meant only a Precure could defeat it. If Raye couldn't save Rakka on her own then all she had to do was clear the way for Lily to do it.
She charged in and came to a halt in the path of that swing, her feet digging in as she reached out to slam her arms around it and held on tight. The red streak in her hair flared up with orange light, like a tongue of flame, as she called up everything she had in her, everything she was to hold onto this monster and keep it pinned down. That fire spread through her, down her arms and into her hands and for a second she almost felt something familiar... an outside presence, lending her strength.
"LILY!" She'd made a promise to Rakka, that she'd always be there for her no matter what. And she was going to keep that promise. "BLAST THIS STUPID THING!"
