Time can be kind of a bitch...so if you're into running, sprinting's going to get you more muscle tone than doing those long-distance runs. And you can probably try using a few light hand weights while on a treadmill, stuff like that.

And you've gotta kind of ease on into it--too much, too fast, and all you'll do is just hurt yourself.
