The mistake that has been made, over and over again, is that Tony hides his strength. He disguises what he can do and flees from it, extracts himself from those he loves so that they do not have to witness what he is capable of even when in full control of himself and his impulses. Certainly the demon that rips out of him on the verge of death is impressive, but it's short lived and chaotic.
This is precise, and purposeful. And still more than capable of tearing apart otherwise fragile humans.
"Ah, but it's too late for that now. Isn't it? I have taken time out of my busy schedule to come see you. You are being a terrible host," In a blur he zips forward, aiming a swift and brutal punch for Nux's gut. He's holding back enough to avoid immediately crushing him into a pulp, but only just. "Someone should teach you some manners."
It's amusing how quickly he cowers from his brave taunts and proclamations over a distance. Cowards and weaklings, the lot of them.
