Jacob's panicky breath eases as he sees Tony steadily breathing. Thank God, he's alive. Jacob looks around for a moment, trying to find a solution. He can't very well carry Tony to safety. He remembers how heavy he was in Locke, and that was with Tony's help. He sees a tap for a hose on the outside of a house that hasn't caught fire yet. He jogs over to it and turns the handle. Great, it runs!
Jacob takes off his torn shirt. Well... it's not like he needs it anymore, anyway, right? He tears it into the most even pieces he can, in case he needs to form a makeshift bandage for Tony, then soaks another portion under the running water before heading back to Tony. He uses the wet cloth to first wipe Tony's face, hoping it'll do something to help him wake up, then gently starts to clean up blood in the places he can find, trying not to use it on the most severe of the injuries Tony has - that needs to clot as much as possible; he'll wrap the dry pieces around that injury.
