Less "the sort to kill" and more absolutely is. He's killed, quite a few in fact, and certainly hasn't given a damn one way or another about it. They were in the way, simple as that.

Graceful, Jacob. Damon simply stares him down with a mixture of disgust and condescension as the other man hits the ground. The expression doesn't change as he gets back to his feet, trembling with such clear terror. And yet he persists. Damon might have almost been impressed, almost, but really he just thinks Jacob is foolish. And quite possibly stupid, given that he is clearly incapable of recognizing when he's in way over his head.

A hint of amusement touches his lips at the unspoken challenge, and he casually flicks his sword upward to point the tip in Jacob's direction. "Are you so eager to die? Best to run yourself through now in that case, save me the trouble."
