I suppose it seemed that way for a little while, at least, due to some particularly lucrative Pulses. But you're right... the land is still there, and probably at least the foundation of the school and some burned-out parts. It could be very useful to us if it was rebuilt and maybe outfitted with the kind of technology it was before. I'm pretty good at security and computers so I could see to a lot of it personally.
