He's leaning against the door frame watching down the hallway when the door creaks open, one eye ever vigilant. It doesn't take much to push him back into old wary instincts, and unfamiliar territory and a lack of sleep is plenty to do that.
"Hey," Comes the weary greeting. Cesar looks about as well as he feels, worn out and exhausted. But at least he takes care of himself somewhat when no one's around to keep an eye on him. At the invitation he slips inside, clicking the door shut behind himself. "Sorry it took so long. On foot, you know how it goes."
